The funny thing about those schools is they have no regulation. Been instances of teachers teaching that dont even have a High School diploma and other instances of them taking money and never opening up. Seems like the biggest donors also are involved in the private school racket.
The school book banning was shady, since one company seems to get approved for all the school books, while other get banned with no explanation.
Then the school voucher program increasing.
My question since Desantis has taken 10 million from Ken Griffin, does Kenny get a taste of the school book and voucher program that I help pay for with my taxes.
Home insurance rates have quadrupled and Florida Congress has promised to take care of it, but Desantis seems to be more concerned with winning the Iowa primary and getting fellated on Fox news than actually taking care of problems in this state. So far not a single fuck has been given to home insurance rates, lots of talk but no action.

Pay sucks, during COVID they were getting harassed, like some dude that teaches CIVICS is in charge of student mask policy and now they are not even allowed to keep books in their room. One thing as a poor kid growing up, my teachers all had personal libraries that I would take books home all the time to read. I liked history and sports and that was mostly what I read. I lived in a rural area, and had 2 channels and sometimes 3 on a clear day. So books were my entertainment. The book banning thing is biting Texas in the ass, because people are trying to ban the bible by taking advantage of the law they have in place. I am waiting for someone to do the same in Florida. Banning the Bible would be dumb, but this is what you get when you legislate to emotions.
Rubio is down in the polls and Desantis is neck in neck with a career hack in Crist. People seem to forget Desantis barely beat a socialist by only 30k votes. Florida has the 4th largest gay population in the US, and more purple than people think. There are not even enough bus drivers right now, and there has been instances of parents having to pick up their kids at school because no bus to take them home. Some busses are doubling up schools. Kids are on the bus a couple hours a day because of the shortage. People are pissed.
It has been the grand plan of the GOP to defund schools to make the population stupid. Knowledge is power and it is easier to rule a bunch of Rubes.
