The woman in Chicago was ramming an ice vehicle with agents inside and she was armed with a firearm when she cwas shot. And no, she’s not dead-she survived and if she hadn’t, it wouldn’t have been murder based on her aggression attacking agents and being armed with a handgun-which is illegal in Chicago.
