He is followed and threatened and then attacked by an anqueefa punk and he throws a punch or two back after being violently attacked and knocked down. They broke his camera and sotor went to police after the attack and they arrested him.

The actions of ICE, and of the Trump regime are completely contrary to the constitution, and anyone who claims to be on the side of said constitution should be on the side of the people protesting ICE. No, that’s not how that works. Deal with the people in front of you. Dude hakes one step over the sidewalk, tell him to get back. If he doesn’t, tell him again. If he still doesn’t, fire a warning shot near him that doesn’t hit him. If he still doesn’t then a he use the non-lethal round. Violence against a crowd should be a last resort, not the MO.

If this is the same incident, there is video of cars boxing the agents in and one car ramming the agent vehicle. If I am incorrect in this matter, like you, I will admit my mistake.

You’re conflating two separate issues here. I use the constitution to guide what rights we have and how government and police should be acting. I have said numerous times that I dislike trump and what he is doing. I am in favor of deporting the violent criminals and those that consistently run afoul of the law, but he is not doing that, he is going after everyone. And I am always on the side of the first amendment and legal protests-even when they’re wrong and I disagree with them, but we’re not seeing that in too many instances. We are seeing violence from the protesters, which is not lawful. And I can say that I am against what ice is doing, agree with the protesters that are protesting what ice has been doing, AND look at this situation and say the shooting was justified when cars boxed in an ice vehicle and rammed it.
