Law Congressman Salud Carbajal accused of doxxing ICE agent, who is later targeted by anti ICE protesters and struck with a rock.

The differences between Obama's and Trump's expedited removals do not matter at all in context of the "no due process" complaints. They're the same. Same legal process and same steps.
All the complaints are like: "they never got their day in front of a judge" "never got a chance to appeal" etc. Yea those complaints apply to ALL expedited removals.

That's the nature of expedited removal. They're done fast, you have limited chances to appeal and they're done by a lower level immigration official as opposed to a judge.
Those complaints were in reference to the deportees sent to El Salvador in the middle of the night against a judges orders.
The TPS extensions for 7 countries were revoked by Trump, but none of them have actually ended yet because the original TPS given are still valid. So none of those people have been deported (yet.) Remains to be seen what happens with them.
He terminated the CHNV Program and within a month all those folks lost their protection. Obama did nothing of the sort as far as I can recall.
And it was completely within the executive branches power to revoke the extensions.
Okay but again, don't lie and claim its nothing different than what Obama did.
I don't give a shit whether they made it farther into the country or got caught within 100 miles of the border. That is a completely arbitrary distinction. They came illegally within the last 2 years, so eligible to be legally deported using expedited removal. I want them all deported.
You can feel how you want but again, just don't lie and pretend there's no difference between what Trump is doing and what Obama did.
Do not agree at all with green card holders being detained for protected speech. Do not agree with all forms of Israel cuckery.
Don't care what you agree with, I'm pointing those out as stark differences between the approaches of Obama and Trump to deportation.
Yea don't care that much. I believe they all have gang ties. I do not believe the media stories saying they're all these innocent men. BS. And many of them had final deportation orders - That's what much of the media is not telling you.
Again I don't care what you think, just don't lie.
I looked deeply into all the details of Abrego Garcia's case including seeing court documents. He was very likely MS-13. He was also a wife beater - I saw the court documents his wife made as well as audio where she testified to his abuse. On top of that, saw pictures of his initial arrest where he was obviously trafficking people. And he had a previous deportation order.
Doesn't change the fact the he was wrongfully deported.
The highest estimates list illegal entries to be about 4 million over the entire 2000-2010 decade. The Biden years had a much higher and faster rate. On top of that are all the people he let in through the CBP One app, all the hundreds of thousands he let in through humanitarian parole, as well as all the additional new TPS he granted.
The surge started in Trump's term.
Obama did because all of those were removed via expedited removal.
He sent deportees to a prison in a country other than that of their origin?

The officer made a routine traffic stop. ICE made the arrest.
Ochoa was arrested at the traffic stop by the uniformed, unmasked officers
Thankfully, they were able to send over info to the officer that pulled over Ochoa and a team was sent out to arrest him. Still, even if you had a point, nobody is going to target an officer that made a routine traffic stop of a person unknown to them. ICE's mission is literally to identify and hunt down these guys. It is absolutely much more likely that ICE agents would be targeted by gangs as a method to seek revenge and/or deter ICE from completing their mission.
Okay, don't care and still think they shouldn't be masked and in plain clothes.

Source?

Okay, don't care and still think they shouldn't be masked and in plain clothes.
It's because you don't care that your opinion can be discounted on how ICE operates. They have good reasons to be masked. You don't have good reasons for them to be unmasked.

Those deportees sent to El Salvador are all expedited removal.

He terminated the CHNV Program and within a month all those folks lost their protection. Obama did nothing of the sort as far as I can recall.

The CHNV parole program did not exist when Obama was in office. It started in 2022.

Okay but again, don't lie and claim its nothing different than what Obama did.

You can feel how you want but again, just don't lie and pretend there's no difference between what Trump is doing and what Obama did.

In regards to the "no due process" complaints and the use of detention centers, they're the same.

That's the primary complaint that the entire media is claiming. That people are just being deported with no due process and Trump is doing something illegal and unconstitutional.

The average person has no idea that Obama also used expedited removal and it's perfectly legal.

The surge started in Trump's term.

Yea but that got significantly exacerbated by Biden's executive orders. What the fuck was he thinking? It was like he was trying to create an immigration crisis.

1. CBP One app
2. Getting rid of the "Remain in Mexico" asylum process
3. Instituting "catch and release into the country" policies for any illegal caught at the border
4. Granting TPS and Humanitarian parole for a new batch of millions of people

He sent deportees to a prison in a country other than that of their origin?

Obama didn't do that I'm aware of, but I don't mind that the government does it.

What else are you supposed to do for an illegal who got a deportation order, most likely has a criminal record and their country of origin won't accept them? Yea they can go.
