You can't prove an antecedent by affirming the consequent, you need to affirm the antecedent, i.e. you need to prove that demons exist to prove that exorcists actually exist. Just because someone says they're an exorcist and claims to be exorcising people, that doesn't make it true. I could say I'm Batman and that I fight crime, but that doesn't make it true.
