According to that tweet he wasn't actually convicted of anything in the 90s. In 2012 it looks like he got some traffic tickets. Wasn't convicted on the gun charge in 2020. The article in the OP said it was a game warden that got him on the gun charge he was convicted on and it said he was hunting at the time. Then there's the recent stuff.

Also don't understand why you and Zach Nunn included "grand theft auto" when the charge was third degree unauthorized use of a vehicle and that charge was dismissed. Almost seems like you want to bend over backwards to make this guy seem very scary. I don't really see the point in that. Apparently he was here illegally and that is being rectified. Standardized Test scores are literally how we base our funding. At least in my area. Better overall scores mean more cash for programs and equipment.

He was doing this in Baltimore and it is the same thing, tho may have changed. I grew up in Maryland and the MSPAP was exactly that, a standardized test that determined funding. I think they got rid of the test tho because of the typical “racism” argument

She got detained by ICE and held for a week or two, immigration judge let her out so she could marry her boyfriend. She has a Green Card and 2 American kids now.

She was a far less productive member of society than this guy, who has glowing reviews as an educator from multiple States

Former colleagues claimed to The Post that Roberts was a sketchy figure and pathological liar. They said they felt he was hired because of his diversity, equity and inclusion bona fides — and claimed that once on the job, he did little work.

“He was a player. He liked the women,” a source who knew Roberts, who asked not to be named, told The Post.

Another source expressed concern to the school board in Pennsylvania that Roberts might not be a legal resident based on casual comments he had made — but their concern was ignored, they said.

Roberts was superintendent of Millcreek Township schools near Erie, Pa., for three years.

During that time, the school district was inundated by lawsuits — and forced to pay out over $400,000 in sex discrimination settlements — claiming Roberts promoted less qualified women over more deserving men.
