Should Aspirnal stay active and call out Gane?

no cause Gane lost his last fight. Volkov won that clearly, 1 of the biggest robberies in recent memory. THe UFC sucked off those judges to make Jon's win age better. No title shots to people coming off loses or undeserved robbery wins

Gane is probably gonna go on a little media tour for his movie so who knows when he is gonna start training 100%
 
You have to think this has reached Chandler Conor levels of desperation to wait for a fight. Tom should fight Gane, but promoted as champ. Either way he's going to be champ or fight Jones next, so I don't see him having to defend his interim title.

those are his only two options, yes. either become dana white or sit around and wait forever for someone who is clearly not interested in fighting him. if only there was some other way!

Do tell. He's publicly stated he will fight someone else. The UFC has told him "No, we are getting the Jones fight made. Sit tight."
Do things operate differently than what I've come to understand? Is Aspinall able to say "Nope. I demand Gane or Almeida by the end of summer. Heed my command or else!"
Exactly what avenue should the relatively unknown interim champ take when the billion dollar corporation that pays his salary tells him to STFU about alternative opponents.
Perhaps you have the solution for him, which would be amazing. Those of us that enjoy watching his fights would be grateful to be sure!
 
To keep his interim belt and possibly lose to a guy Jones handled with ease ?

they're not paying his salary, because he's not fighting. there are other fighters in the UFC besides Jon Jones. if they're really not letting him fight anyone else except the one person that categorically will not fight him under any circumstances then what is the purpose of any of this? at some point we're all going to have to move on. some of us will just do it a little slower, I guess
