You say that while watching a gif of him literally outstriking a kickboxer who has near a hundred kickboxing matches.
Ngannou knocked him out immediately. Not much to take away from that fight other than what we already knew (he hits very hard). The reality is that he's already been outstruck and by more than one opponent in the UFC. This isn't some random kickboxer he's going up against. The guy he's facing next is arguably the best heavyweight boxer of his era. Fury has yet to solidify it but he's generally regarded as #1 or no worse than #2. We're talking about a seasoned elite specialist at his craft, not a generalist like the strikers in MMA.

Ngannou by any way he wants. Jabbing from the outside, peek a boo to the inside or dismantling in the clinch like Duran everything is on the cards with him.

This is the guy who ko`d prime Arlovski and Overeem. Let himself get beaten by Stipe just to make the KO so much more sweeter in the rematch. Blackbeast was a necessary loss to make sure he has the cardio to go 10 rounds in boxing.

An imposing Ford Escort powerhouse with the elusiveness of Niccolino locche and the gracious movements only Baryshnikov can compare.

He would literally kill anyone outside of top5 so its no surprise they held him back from taking any other fight.

I have to give Fury huge props for taking on such a dangerous foe. He wont get any reputation of Ngannou as all of Francis boxing fights have been held in secret. Still he takes him on in an epic clash that might cement Furys place as GOAT HW of alltime or could very well end his life.

Let's not forget what he did to PRIME JDS & Velasquez! I still have nightmares about it. Black Beast bored him to death. That's the only reason Ngannou refused to engage or open up with strikes. It wasn't fear of getting kayoed it was pure boredom. Can't really blame him for not getting up for that one. Fury's toast.

There’s no way in hell Francis can find a way out or the fat suit tactic fury will employ, he will just drop his lard on Francis like a meat sack until Nganou is too tired to breath, then tap him good night.

If Francis manages to keep his distance and throw bombs, well sure, Francis could knock out a bull if he lands, dude is unrealistically strong.

But beating fury? That guy is a freak, he’ll do that for 12 rounds straight if he needs to and won’t get tired

Ngannou will melt him with a backfist in the 7th round. The math is there.

So the most devastating striker in UFC history is someone who "can't defend himself" in boxing?

Than why did so many supposedly great UFC strikers fall in pure striking matches against Francis... are they even worse than a guy who can't defend himself?

Call me crazy but I assume the MMA guy wins the MMA fight and the boxer wins the boxing bout.

Most devastating? Debatable. Pavlovich is doing the same thing Ngannou did right now. He's on a 6 fight 1st round KO streak. While he doesn't have the same type of one-punch power he's a better striker and gets the same results. Not to mention a lot of the fighters Ngannou knocked out in the UFC were washed up.

I picked Fury after round 4. He's got a undefeated record on the line so I don't expect Fury to take many risks early and he'll be on the look out of Francis power shots. Everyone is expecting Francis to throw big shots early as thats his style. While Fury is far far more skilled, I still think he's gotta be careful early. I think by round 4-5 Francis will begin to fatigue and Tyson will start to open up and land shots once the threat if gone.

Tyson Fury by KO/TKO round 6-7

So what do you think , will it be like Mcgregor against Floyd ,or we will be shocked by the Furys defeat ?

Slightly higher chance than Conor due to his KO power which I do think will translate better to boxing than Conor’s (but who really knows)

I give him like a 5% chance. Was surprised to see Fury was only -500 favorite when he has been a bigger favorite against legit boxers recently
