Not knocking your opinion but how do you want the 2 best strikers in the world to fight? Both probably immediately knew they were in a different situation and its probably just survival instinct to fight like they fought. Alex stopped every take down but Ank won on the feet but not by a crazy amount. Anyway I thought that fight was intense and both obviously respected each others ability and neither was 100% comfortable standing in front of each other.

You're right. It takes 2 to tango. Perhaps he didn't want to lose. The path he took to avoid defeat only brought him to it.
