Social Biden to finally visit East Palestine one year after Massive Chemical Fire from Train Derailment

Dude... he actually brought up his son dying in Iraq again to the parents of one of the soldiers killed in the recent drone strike.

Fucking Biden just can't help himself.

He's like the drunk uncle repeating false stories over and over again, even though everyone knows he's lying through his teeth.
He should be in a nursing home

Gotta distance yourself from your fuck ups and circle back to spin it for the general election in November. The corporate scale back of routine maintenance and allowing hazardous waste to be transported under cover of darkness doesn’t give me a whole bunch of compassion here. The unions tried to warn the powers that be this scale back was dangerous and they were more concerned with getting a deal done.
Didn’t Biden shit all over the railroad workers union?

Trump went, brought supplies to the people, and put a spot light on the need to assistance.....as a private citizen. Biden didn't give a shit.
I'm sure the Trump water and toilet paper saved them from harmful chemicals.

Haha...

Good lord, you clowns seriously have no intelligent responses to Biden's failures.

Don't blame you. It's tough to defend the indefensible. It's easier to deflect.

What exactly is there to defend? Biden sent FEMA and federal resources to help contain the spill from the derailment. 0 people died.

You dummies care more about photo ops (a Trump specialty) than actual substance.

The ONLY reason Republicans paid any attention to this in the first place was for political gain, while they push rolling back environmental regulations every chance they get making these types of events even more likely.

Union rejected a deal in September. Biden pushed back and signed it into law in December. Trump relaxed the maintenance restrictions under his leadership, prior to Biden taking office(obviously)

Yeah, because giving them toilet paper will solve the problem, retard.

Trump showed up with a whole lot of water and other supplies, which was a smart move. But, yeah... Trump has done his thing, we just need to get these people help and that has to have Biden's approval. I hope they get what's needed and fair.

The Department of Energy is actually really good at cleaning up sites like this, but it's not their pervue, unless Biden makes it so. Besides some aid, I would assign some of the waste clean up professionals that have worked on Hanford, Savannah River, and Portsmouth sites to East Palestine. It would make Biden look smart and effective. I doubt it happens.

Yea I had looked a couple articles. 13 pallets of water, multiple pallets of canned food. And “thousand of gallons of cleaning supplies”. Looked at a number of articles to try and see what cleaning supplies, could find.

But it did mentioned trump partnered with two charities to bring in money for the town and/or residents. I am sure. Lot of Trump supporters were happy to donate. However, can’t find any update about how much money was raised

Are Republicans back to pretending they care about this again?
Why didn't Biden visit that location when Trump did when the chemical fire from the train happened?

Appearing now after the chemical train derailment accident while a year after seems like a desperation move.

You will not find that information in the MSM and Google Searches... not a chance. Anything that humanizes Trump must not be covered or shared.

I actually had aong thread about this and bumped about this very thing and posted a montage of him and his admin saying they would come lol

*****BREAKING****** Biden finally making good on his promise to visit East Palestine! The residents can now rejoice!

On the one year anniversary of the disaster and saying he would visit them, he is finally making good on his promises. What an amazing guy

Seeing this compilation of KJP and Biden responding to press over the year after the disaster is a great example of the care and respect this admin and uncle Joe have for everyday Americans.

Trump truthed about it.

Showed them that he cared more than Biden did.

Of course a cultist like you would care more about a photo op than an actual substantive response.

So while Trump was there shaking hands and buying fast food for people (or whatever the fuck else he did) the EPA was literally there on the FIRST DAY:

Environmental Protection Agency

EPA personnel arrived on site before dawn on February 4 to support state and local officials who are leading the emergency response efforts. There are dozens of EPA personnel on the ground, including multiple EPA on-scene coordinators, agency scientists, and regional teams, that are tasked with:

Monitoring Air Quality. The EPA is continuously monitoring air quality using state-of-art equipment. The EPA has also deployed mobile detection equipment and stationary equipment for detection of a wide range of compounds, including volatile organic compounds (VOCs), phosgene and hydrogen chloride.
Screening Homes for Contaminants. The EPA has assisted with the indoor air monitoring of 500 homes under a voluntary screening program offered to residents, and no detections of vinyl chloride or hydrogen chloride were identified above levels of concern. EPA is continuing to offer screening to residents within the evacuation zone.

Securing Norfolk Southern Commitment to Cover Clean Up Costs. On February 10, the EPA issued a letter to Norfolk Southern requiring the railroad to document the release of hazardous contaminants. The letter also outlines cleanup actions at the site and EPA’s authority under the law to hold them accountable.

Holding Norfolk Southern Accountable for Clean Up. The EPA is coordinating the oversight of Norfolk Southern’s soil remediation of the derailment site. The remediation includes testing of the soils within and immediately surrounding the impacted areas. Results of the testing are evaluated by EPA and OH EPA to determine a strategy to ensure the site is cleaned up to meet federal and state regulations.

Helping Ensure Water is Safe to Drink. EPA is assisting state and local agencies to test surface and ground water to ensure drinking water is safe. This includes surface water testing to monitor downstream impacts on the Ohio River.

So you and the rest of the brainwashed Trump cultists can shut the fuck up about who "cares more" about the people in East Palestine.

Flint's water has been poisonous for about a decade; it's the most public but isn't even the worst in the news. During that time, there have been Republican & Democrat presidents, Republican & Democrat congresses, and varying amount of aid packages that have gone out. All they have gotten is an Obama photo op and lies. The people of East Palestine and Maui are going through the same thing. The people in charge can't fix it and certainly aren't going to try if it costs them a lot of money. Praying for a Democrat or Republican to get in congress and "fix" things just isn't going to happen.

Using them for photo ops in an election year is gross. Biden's admin is a piece of shit for downplaying the damage that was done to these people.

Are you sure that it's not YOU that are part of a cult? You Lefties sure do believe in and promote some weird shit.
