The law doesn't saw that the feds have the right to ignore federal immigration law nor do they have the right to allow a foreign invasion. That's objectively treason
It's clearly being done intentionally. The government is subsidizing foreign countries, corporations, and now foreign people. And they're using American money and resources to do it. It's treason.

The laws need to change. We have NGOs with huge resources teaching them how to game the system and providing them with assistance getting to the border. America can't be expected to take in all of the world's poorest people.

Half or close to half are females I would say. I live in South Texas so I see them all the time. Some of them actually are kinda attractive actually. I would say the ones who are young, like early or mid 20s look better than the average young American woman does. Late 20s and older they fall off a cliff because most have already had multiple children and lived rough lives. A lot of the migrants coming in right now are from Cuba, Venezuela and Colombia. Three countries that are all know to have attractive women

This creates an epic showdown for this election year. Border patrol does not want to cut the razor wire, the union head already said that.
So what is Biden going to do? Send the military to stop Texas? Immigration has surpassed inflation as the #1 issue for voters. The optics of Biden sending the military to stop Texas from securing the border as best they can will be amazing.
Otherwise, the build up of people as Texas tries to stop them will also create bad optics for the migrant crisis.

Interesting parallels between 2024 & 2020, when riots & anarchist zones were breaking out across dozens of major cities throughout the nation.
The best move, theorically, would have been for Trump to launch the national guard... but that would have been unleashing the military against 'peaceful protesters'... or that's how the media would have framed it.
So, Trump didn't take the bait for the 'best move,' but it would have been the best for 'law & order,' though it would have been aggressively used against him by the Democrats and their propaganda mouthpieces in the media.
Biden has the same situation here, and like Trump he's not going to take the bait. The difference is the border is perceived as a disaster on both Republicans & Democrats. And Democrats leaders are already not going to sign border security funding even when Ukraine & Israel's funding is tied to it.

The senate border deal right now is a disaster and does absolutely nothing for security. It is just to process people faster into the country and give them work visas to compete against our middle-lower class, taking up resources and tax money, which is basically whatever everyone is complaining about.
However, if a "bi-partisan" deal is made, people will think Biden is doing something to secure the border, cause they won't look into the details.
The bill literally says it is OK to let in 5000 migrants a day. What happens after 5000? If they don't let more than 5000/day in, those at the border will start fighting and/or killing each other to get ahead. Or cartels will charge people more to get ahead of the line and will deal with those messing up their bussiness.
Plus saying they are allowing 5000/day will only increase the amount of migrants coming in, as it is now "legal" for illegals to come in.
It makes absolutely no sense.
As your 2020 point, I think Trump SHOULD have done that to show his strength and make people feel safe, the BLM protests went on way too long, and the averge person had completely soured on BLM after a couple months. Contrary, the average person has never been in favour of the border situation, so Biden can fuck off.
Plus voters (outside of crazy lefties) will realize that COVID and BLM riots were not Trump's fault at all and he had a line to walk. Biden on the other hand literally invited all these migrants are part of his campaign.
edit: Trump should take out ads on big public buildings in NYC and Chicago on videotrons or whatever playing this clip of harris. Wonder what the minorities in those cities make of Harris' plan here and how they will spend even more of their tax money
