Media Wilder training at UFC Apex, training with Francis,

@StonedLemur has fully bought into the PowerKube's fictitious numbers. In other words, he agrees with the following load of shit that Dana White said publicly.

“His [Ngannou's] punches are equivalent to 96 horse power.

'That’s equal to getting hit by a Ford Escort going as fast as it can.

"And it’s more powerful than a 12-pound sledgehammer from full force overhead. Holy shit.”

Imagine actually believing this! LOL. It's embarrassing just how gullible and naive some posters can be.

Look, it's science, it's a sophisticated machine designed to calibrate punch power! How can it be wrong?!!

He has a 91% KO ratio. You’ve left out the 3 Tyson fury fights?

he still clearly hits ‘way’ harder than any MMA fighter
I stand corrected. Your post just made me think of when Tyson’s back fat rippled on that knock down. Insane!

Facts!
Imagine thinking that you were standing in like a mechanics pit with your head at bumper level of a Ford Escort. Then a Ford Escort comes flying at you at top speed. You would get decapitated lmao.
Not as bad but same thing if somebody dropped and 12 pound sledge hammer from a pendulum and it rotated by gravity 180 degrees directly into your face. Depending on how long the handle was....another decapitation.
Lmao
Combat Sports fans....lmao hahahahaha.

Francis can decapitate people with his punches because Dana and B.S. sports junk science said so.

Yep. If those analogies were accurate then fighters would be dropping dead upon impact. Literally even, not just figuratively speaking. Regurgitated sports science numbers are to be taken with a pinch pound of salt.

Its the same 4dchess sCIENcE from the guys trying to calculate the Canelo vs GGG scores from number theories and social media votes.
Got to love Sherdog sCiEncES class.

Who cares who hits harder from these two, really? At that point you are already getting diminishing returns, or even worse, no returns at all, there’s no one in the planet who would get KO’d by a direct hit from one of these guys but not the other. So what matters here is who punches better and wilder has better straight punches.

World records and pop a shot...yeah that's the same.
Its a "world record" that doesn't really mean anything. As mentioned those machines have too many variations based on where and how you hit it. Not to mention the calibrations and stuff.

Ask yourself this and do an ounce of critical thinking. If these machines could guage power or were so credible....why wouldn't every legit boxing gym or mega rich pro fighter incorporate it in their training??????
Hmmmmmmmmmmm

Lol.

1) Horse power is a measure power... nothing to do with how hard one object can be hit by another. It's an output.

2) If you want to talk about two objects hitting each other, then we can start to talk about force.

3) Force is pretty simple. F= m x a

4) Ford Escort weighing 880kg (1900lb) going at *175k (110mph) or 48m/s in a .33 metre impact distance (about 1 foot to roll/give with the punch) for .1 second impact duration (instant of punch) and you get 6 meganewtons (MN) peak force, give or take. One sing;e meganewton (MN) is 1 000 000 Newtons folks.
*yes this is velocity not acceleration but it works when calculating force for an impact.

It takes about 4000 newtons of force to break a human femur, the thickest bone in the body. Dana thinks Francis can hit with 6 MN so a single Francis punch has the power to break about 1500 human thigh bones in one go- all lined up Karate board chopping style... in Dana land...

I won't bother to do the sledgehammer because Dana is an idiot.

Wilder needs to transition to MMA and be a light heavyweight that'd be so sick. If GSP could be a karate fighter and learn wrestling so could Deontay.
GSP started wrestling at age 19…
Wilder is 36 and only boxed.

Bernard hopkins won a world title at age 49, guess anybody can start to train boxing for the first time in their 40s and hope for an olympic medal.

Hopkins was boxing in prison for 10 years, and before that though.

By his ridiculous logic Joe Rogan is also a "world record" holder (only using kicks). That's some record!
Watch: When Joe Rogan broke Francis Ngannou's PowerKube record with thunderous kick
