Korean BBQ - have you tried it?

I go to Mr Lee's in Vegas at least once a week because it's open 24hrs and it's right by my house.Korean BBQ is my favorite. Try to get as much variety as you can

i am going to be visiting Las Vegas next week what are some good food place to eat at and ya i have and yea korean bbw is good

My favorites:

Pho Kim long: great Pho place in chinatown. They have a huge menu. Open 24 hrs

Ping Pang Pong: Authentic Chinese food and Dim sum. Open till 2 or 3 am

Mon Ami Gabi: French place at the paris. Love their breakfast. Right on the strip.

Avoid buffets you will be disappointed

There are so many places on the strip to eat it's hard to recommend any I don't eat there much. My advice would be avoid buffets unless you're 300 pounds or just want to eat 50lbs of crab legs. Uber to Chinatown for the best late night stuff. It's like 2 miles from the strip

Korean BBQ is straight trash. I live in LA and have tried it because I was told "It was, LIKE the best thing ever". The food and meat is pure trash and disgusting. Being Argentine, I know a thing or two about steak and the garbage they give you at Korean BBQ is peasant food.

A friend of mine just opened one in my area. I'm personally not a fan due to the prices and the amount of work you have to do yourself, we did a test run on it a few days ago before it opens. I find it it to be okay tasting but I know others absolutely love it. I'm more a pho guy anyway

Korean is up there with my favorite cuisines. I lived a walk away from a $23 AYCE Korean place in Orange County for 3 years and went there all the fucking time. It's so good with all the fixins.

Most Korean food is peasant food though. Koreans will protest what seems like an insult but I don’t mean to be derisive. Most of my favorite foods are poor people food. But like most poor people food, Korean food is good but it’s nothing to harp on about how amazing it is. People make it out to be more than it really is.

I've got no problem eating peasant food either. But when it comes down to hyping meat up, it better deliver. When it doesn't, then you have to call it for what it's worth.

Fun Fact. Sushi was originally sold as street food that you were supposed to eat with your hands. Now it's oneof the most expensive cuisines to consume.

yep. love it. the one I go to has little old lady Korean granny servers who do the cutting and cooking for you. you just sit back, and eat. its awesome. the steamed egg thing is pretty damn good too.
