Let’s talk through this scenario that you are trying to set up. So I am washing my hands in the bathroom when somebody comes in whom I suspect does not have a penis. Since this would be a crime I called the police. They are going to send a social worker out to investigate? And the response time somehow is quicker than a dude coming in to take a leak, wash his hands and leave?

But hey, let’s say the social worker gets there. They walk up to the guy and say, “you’ve been accused of not having a penis. Show it to me or else you’ll be arrested. Not by me, bc I’m a social worker, but you know. Whip it out!”

I wasn't in the Army but in the Marines it's not uncommon for an E8 1stSgt to take over an E9 SgtMaj billet before actually getting that rank (referred to as "frocking" for some reason).

He said that but was never deployed into a combat zone?

Man, i haven't commented on any of this but that's pretty shitty. Criminal or stolen valor or whatever? Meh IDK the threshold so just winging it...probably not. But it's really shitty and clearly purposefully meant to mislead someone into thinking he did something that he didn't do.

Seems like a nice guy but that kinda shit is gross. I can see why he would not be popular amongst guys he served with if he said that and then he actually had retired just before they all deployed to a war zone.

The best one was the guy who posted a video with Walz where he actually details how he'd INCREASE border security and streamline the process. I EAS'd as a Cpl in 2007 but when I got my DD256 in 2011 it addressed me as Sgt. Somehow I got promoted during that period in the IRR despite doing absolutely nothing.
