It's good that you posted this.

Even though I rooted for Alex Pereira against Jiří Procházka, I root for Jiří Procházka against anyone else.

Both Alex and Jiří are freaking warriors. They don't talk shit, they don't play "a defensive game"; they come to kill or be killed.

Even when both have been KO'd in the past, it doesn't affect their fighting spirit in the future. They still come to throw down and kill or be killed.

Very few fighters are like that. So many, if they get hurt, or KO'd, are "never the same" again. It destroys their shallow spirit.

Not Alex, and not Jiří. Both still come 100% to kill or be killed. That is rare, and that needs to be respected.

Naturally, with a good fighting spirit also comes a good Human Spirit.

Both are gentle and kind to the needy and to the less fortunate.

They are my two favorite fighters in the UFC — with Pantoja being right there with them.
