Well, I might believe him then
Sounds pretty salty

And I'm just pointing out the original award was not that much. It's only 83 million because even after he was found liable he continued to defame her. How else can you get someone who has all kinds of money to stop defaming the person you lost to in court? The damages need to be enough to hurt to get him to stop, don't you think?Andy, you’re barking up the wrong tree here. I hate trump and I am glad he is liable, all I said was that she now looks like Gary busey and that 83 million is ridiculous for a claim that was thirty years old, defamation aside. He’s a piece of garbage

Ok, Andy. I am sorry that I think she looks like busey. And begrudgingly, I guess I agree with you.And I'm just pointing out the original award was not that much. And even if I agreed with you about her appearance, it's irrelevant and every time you bring it up it gives the appearance you'd be biased against her regardless of the facts. It's not a good look, regardless of what you hold to be true.
Have you seen the WR thread about the small town mayor who voted against a pride month proclamation while saying, non-gay people don't get a flag ceremony? In the absence of any other information other than the facts the 2019 proclamation request from the same group passed unanimously while the 2020 proclamation failed, 3-2 against following the mayor's comment, do you think the comment likely played a role? When it was proposed to make the same proclamation as in 2019 that too was defeated.
Sometimes the mere appearance of bias has a significant negative effect, don't you think?
I think she looks like the dude from A Nightmare Before Christmas, but it's beside the point, innit?Ok, Andy. I am sorry that I think she looks like busey. And begrudgingly, I guess I agree with you.

Not as salty as you, my friend lol

With that kind of unapologetic bias, it's a good thing you're not a cop anymore. You'd probably make it in to a Lackluster video![]()
Again, you are so fucking salty that I called your hero a likely sexual assaulter. Seriously, get over it. I tried to bury the hatchet but you keep showing how butthurt you are as if trump stuck his sausage in you like you were e Jean Carroll
Its very simple. This was an obvious misuse of the justice system to target someone for political reasons. The evidence to get this to trial was absolutely ridiculous. The original award was much lower but he continued to defame her after being found liable. I agree with them that further punitive damages seem like the only remedy for behaviour like that.
And what do her looks have to do with anything? She was attractive enough for Trump to mix her up with one of his ex-wives, right?
Anyway, too bad so sad. His appeal was dismissed. I will never understand why everyone is so hell bent on seeing to it Trump never faces any consequences for his actions but this time he has to pay and shut up about her. It's a start.
Trump: "Yeah that's her with the gold. I better use some Tic Tacs just in case I start kissing her. You know I'm automatically attracted to beautiful... I just start kissing them. It's like a magnet. Just kiss. I don't even wait. And when you're a star they let you do it. You can do anything."
Bush: "Whatever you want."
Trump: "Grab them by the pussy. You can do anything."
Meh, I give zero shits about Biden. This Tara Reade person should likewise bring a civil suit if she feels it is warranted. Its very simple. This was an obvious misuse of the justice system to target someone for political reasons. The evidence to get this to trial was absolutely ridiculous.
Just quick question. Do you think Biden should be in civil court due to Tara Reades accusation? The truth is this: Anyone who agrees with Trump seeing a courtroom for the Carroll accusation but says no to Biden being in court for Reades accusation is an utter and complete hypocrite. But the evidence for Reades allegation is flimsy at best.
I like how my framing is disingenuous after you're saying Trump should face the consequences of his actions, thereby completely accepting the accusation as fact despite the laughable evidence supporting it.Meh, I give zero shits about Biden. This Tara Reade person should likewise bring a civil suit if she feels it is warranted.
But did she?
Because if she didn't, your framing here is disingenuous, to say the least. If the suit hasn't been filed because the law is different in the state where it occurred, do you think this case means a case should also be brought there and too bad about the difference in state law?
What do you expect of me here?
This still doesn't explain how the supposed dress that has Trump's DNA was not even manufactured during the time of this alleged assault.
You keep mentioning an out of context locker room talk during a TV show, but keep ignoring this OBVIOUS impossibility?
The guy is a promiscuous misogynist that sexualizes his own daughter and brags about walking into women's changing rooms. And the context of his "grab them by the pussy" quote is him expounding on his statement that he doesn't even wait before kissing women. As far as the judgment goes maybe he should have taken the trial more seriously because when one side makes a case and the other blows off the proceedings it's no surprise the jury would find it more likely the claim was true. This still doesn't explain how the supposed dress that has Trump's DNA was not even manufactured during the time of this alleged assault.

Does he also have numerous claims of sexual assault against him?"SaLTyyYy"
Simmer down officer Chauvin. There was no hatchet to bury. By your standards, YOU'RE a "likely sexual assaulter."

Flimsy at best, holy fucking shit, the lady that defected to Russia with a convicted Russian spy? This is like comparing why Trump was impeached the first time and how it was possible the MAGA House committee spent two years in a futile attempt to impeach Biden for being the Big Guy.Its very simple.
