The original award was much lower but he continued to defame her after being found liable. I agree with them that further punitive damages seem like the only remedy for behaviour like that.

And what do her looks have to do with anything? She was attractive enough for Trump to mix her up with one of his ex-wives, right?

Anyway, too bad so sad. His appeal was dismissed. I will never understand why everyone is so hell bent on seeing to it Trump never faces any consequences for his actions but this time he has to pay and shut up about her. It's a start.

There was DNA on the dress from a male. The DNA wasn't semen.She narrowed it down to roughly a 4 month period.

Trump could have taken the stand and said it didn't happen.

He could have also claimed that he didn't molest that other witness instead of having his attorneys argue that there wasn't a law against sexually assaulting someone on a plane at the time it happened.

Instead he chose to not testify and lost the trial.

FFS, they brought in 2 women he sexually assaulted before - the defense for 1 of those claims was that there wasn't a law against sexual assault on a plane at the time.

Then they played the tape of him saying he does those type of things and the discovery of him saying she looked like his ex, plus he choses to not testify. Of course all of that are facts on her side.

I get it now; you don't even know what you're reading and font know facts.

1- The hush money payment (NDA)was filed with Stormy's original lawyer - Keith Davidson.

2- When she sued to get out of the NDA because he never signed it. Trump's lawyers argued that it was still a binding NDA even if Cohan did it without his knowledge.

3- For his bogus criminal trial over campain finance violations Trump's attorneys argued that the NDA was paid to save his marriage; not for his campaign.

THE BIGGIE
4- Stormy sued Trump for defamation for saying she made up being threatened by someone. This is the suit Avante was part of and Trump won. The judge said it was protected speech and she had to pay his lawyers.

Oh and she describes Trump's "small, but not freakishly small" member.

She didn't remember when the alleged r_pe or assault happened. Her account was from a script of a Law and Order: SVU episode. The dress was made after she claimed the alleged r_pe happened. She's on record proclaiming r_pe is sexy. She claimed Les Moonves r_ped her too, but she didn't want to sue him because he didn't make any mean tweets. We'll see with what happens in the next appeal.

Andy, you’re barking up the wrong tree here. I hate trump and I am glad he is liable, all I said was that she now looks like Gary busey and that 83 million is ridiculous for a claim that was thirty years old, defamation aside. He’s a piece of garbage
