I agree. I see some posts saying Shavkat will walk over Belal in decisive fashion, but I do not see it. This will be a tough competitive fight. I do give the edge to Shavkat, but Belal is no pushover. He has a 11 fight unbeaten streak and has beaten top 5 fighters, while making it look easy. It will be a great matchup.
