I would much rather Jones vs Aspinall.

If Jones is going to break the longest HW title reign and go down as the HW GOAT, then so be it. But at least he should have to do it beating Tom Aspinall.

I think Jon Jones is an extreme narcissist and has told Dana White "Pereira or retirement", and also demanded that Aspinall be stripped of his interim title for Jones to defend his HW belt against Pereira.

If this is true, then Dana not giving Aspinall a fight is a strategy to string him along, so he can justify stripping him once Aspinall hasn't defended his belt for over a year.

This is classic Dana White scumbaggery.

If you read through the comments, a huge amount of them are just about how no one cares about Dana's stupid trading cards, and want him to either strip Jon Jones, or make Jones/Aspinall. I think we should all do our duty and go over there & shitpost on Dana White, or at least upvote the Jones/Aspinall related comments.

You just don't trust dana or Jones that's what your issue is. but listen, Dana hates one thing only and that's losing money he could be making money with tom aspinall title defenses, but isn't. And there IS a reason. Letting jones pick up his ball and go home does not make dana more money. We both know pink Goof would step over his own mother to make money, Unthinkable to believe that the UFC keeping that title on jones for no reason.

Dana said it was going to be a summer fight even as far as last year. And he said a few months ago that the fight would be done in a few months. The fact that the summer is booked now has nothing to do with why Jones-Aspinall wasn't booked for it. That feels like retroactive justification.

I believe the fight is a done deal, and Aspinall is left in the dark to create an authentic mystique and have fans rally behind him, after all it is jon's last fight so Aspinall has time to "go out there and get some fans" for a year while everyone paints him a victim and cheers him on. should he win, he'll become everyone's hero, An overnight sensation.

I grew up watching prowrestling, So I have an understanding on how promotions "work marks" (such as yourself)
