Dustin was a bonafide LW by then and Max had just moved up and not fought someone with that type of power.

That's why Max has been working on his kickboxing to be more elusive and sit down on his combinations and kicks more. He's a really good, technical fighter.

LMAO there's no way Conor is fighting Dustin again. He would get his ass whooped and he knows it.

Chandler is so washed now that might be the only one he'd consider but Conor ain't fighting again.

He'll have moments where he thinks he wants it, gets amped. Gets on coke and Twitter a deadly combination. Then he goes to training, the kicks trigger PTSD from the leg break and punches aren't the same. He gets tired quicker. The sparring partners have a lot more success than usual, he gets discouraged and goes quiet again. Repeat.

Holloway won. Been watching both these guys my entire adult life. Bittersweet fight. Poirier is one of the most exciting fighters the sport has ever seen. As is Max. Max just has a bit more in the tank at this stage. Which is kind of insane that Max still has anything left in the tank after the career he's had. These guys are both absolute legends.

I don't think he's going to be anywhere near the White House card with his recent issues and social media activity. All signs are pointing to that card being Jones vs Tom. I up until that card became a possibility thought jon would never do it. But I think a fight at the white house is the right kind of all eyes on me spectacle a narcissist like Jones just can't say no to. And it's not something he can try and bargain or sit out for. It has a specific date, it's either you're in or you're out. And he wants that one last massive stage that the stipe fight just wasn't. Plus it'd make for a USA vs Britain match which nothing could be more fitting for the occasion. If Conor is returning, he'll get his own card another time. He dosen't need a specialized card to amplify the spectacle. The White House card is the perfect stage for Jones vs Aspinal
