Citizen deportation starts once the EO is signed making anti Brazilian speech and thoughts illegal.“But I have suggested that, you know, ‘Why should it stop just at people who cross the border illegally?’”
-Donald Trump on deporting US citizens.
“So, the president has discussed this idea quite a few times publicly, he’s also discussed it privately,”
-trumps press secretary
The guy who fled his country to escape the threats from violent gang members? Whom a judge heard and believed his claims? Who was locked up with those very same gang members?Do we have confirmation this guy is even still alive
If the only response you can muster is an expression of vulgarity, you should have had the self respect to not respond. Nothing in my post had even the slightest intent of being personal. I am not upset with you, I just expected better.
Guess I got to eat crow on this one before one of the lefties @‘s me even though it’s a sickening display of judicial overreach.
I was wrong about the end result of this. Surprisingly way wrong
I haven’t gone through the ruling completely(or at all really) , some have said it’s not as bad as it seems..and it was unanimous, which means the Based Duo(Alito and Thomas) also agreed.
But it’s a shame. Courts can’t dictate communications between countries.
What’s tomorrow? “Facilitate” the end of conflict in the Middle East?
I’ll comb the ruling when available for some based language to make this make sense. Facilitate can mean different things, so can due process. Atleast in immigration terms.
I believe the ruling that protected him before only protected him from deportation back home to El Salvador..because he has issues with the gangs there…totally not being a gang member himself lol

*who had their day in court, went through the proper channels and was here legally.Yea, such a shame that the administration got smacked down by the Supreme Court for abducting innocent people off the street and throwing them in gulag in El Salvador with NO DUE PROCESS. Such a bummer that the Constitution exists...
Been thinking about that a lot myselfWonder if the dude is even still alive

The guy is admitted gang membet. He needed to go. The only question is if went to the right place. To be a gang member he has done plenty of illegal shit. So i don't feel too sorry for him.
