And all the aliens!

Alright where are all the people who cried about his appointees leading to project 2025, being bought and paid for, doing whatever he says etc etc

Put your hands up for a slap
They'll be back as soon as SCOTUS rules on something they don't like.

The Enemies Act is the only part of this legislative clusterfuck of four parallel 1798 laws that remains in effect today, @Islam Imamate. It's time for it to go, either repealed by Congress (yea, right) or struck down altogether by the SCOTUS. I also feel like I'm just beating up on him at this point, but lol @ John Adams. Disgraceful.

In 1798, Congress passed the Alien and Sedition Acts with the support of the Adams Administration.

The Alien Act granted the President unilateral authority to deport non-citizens who were subjects of foreign enemies. The Sedition Act attacked the core of free speech and a free press—the right to criticize the government. The atmosphere of partisan politics was particularly fraught in the 1790s—with the rise of the partisan press and the development of rival political parties. The Alien and Sedition Acts stacked the deck against the political opposition, criminalizing criticism of Federalist President John Adams, but not Thomas Jefferson—the leader of the political opposition.

Thomas Jefferson and James Madison fought back, arguing in the Virginia and Kentucky Resolutions that the Acts violated the First Amendment’s protection of free speech and a free press. While the Supreme Court never ruled on the constitutionality of the Alien and Sedition Acts, Jefferson defeated Adams in the election of 1800. Once in office, President Jefferson allowed the Acts to expire and pardoned those convicted under them.
Repealing this law needs to be on the top of the agenda for Democrats should they take back Congress.

It's all fun and games until he decides to ignore the court order.

I'm not confident that anything would happen if he did. The DOJ would obviously do nothing. It might be up to Congress to remove him from office at that point. They likely wouldn't have enough votes to pass the articles of impeachment in the House.
Why wouldnt the DOJ enforce it?

I'd say if you love illegal gang members that much to defend them so passionately, you should bring them home.
But it seems one judge already did so my point is moot.
