I'm a huge Pereira fan but I'm torn. I don't want to see Pereira win and give the UFC an excuse to allow Jon Jones to duck Tom Aspinall. Pereira vs Jones would be a fucking sham.

I hope Pereira loses a split decision and then KO's Ank in the rematch, after Aspinall gets his shot at Jon Jones.

I have rooted for Poatan in pretty much all of his fights, but this time it is different. I am rooting for Ankalaev because I think the whole fame and celebrity thing has gone into his head. Apparently, Dana White was pissed off because Poatan confronted Ankalaev backstage before the press conference. Ankalaev himself confirmed it, but downplayed it. However, Dana White seemed p*ssed. Also, he was complaining how Poatan was mean mugging a journalist who was asking him a question as if he was going to rush and beat the journalist up. I have other reasons as well, which I will reveal more after the fight since I think a lot of Poatan fans are extremely edgy right now and sensitive. It will be better for me to hold judgment until after the fight.
