The question is will he? He's claiming he's going to stand with Pereira and made zero takedown attempts in his last fight. The doofus is doing his best to convince us Pereira will beat him.

His last opponent had 85% TDD. He could be dumb and not mix in takedowns against Alex or it just didn't make sense to go for takedowns against Rakic. We won't know till he fights Alex.

But taking a quick gander at Rakic’s record showed he didn’t need much TDD as he fought mostly strikers thus far.

I can’t speak on his prior UFC opponents but I think that may have to do with the high % in TDD
