Weight is weight. Kettlebells are good for what they are meant to be used for.I watch his YouTube clips but overall he seems okay.

The KB stuff is just goal specific. Are you going to get jacked? No. Super strong? No.
Is it good for mobility, explosiveness and longevity? I’d say so.
Explosive movements like swings and snatches, odd object movements like TGU and side presses and IMO they are far superior to dumbells for overhead pressing exercises.
I have been using them a heap again lately and worked back up to swinging to 32s for high rep sets with short recovery. My ability to explosively kip or bridge re[eatedly has gone through the roof.
