Press was going good until I went in for 205. I didnt respect the weight and it was tougher than I was expecting. I called it a night right there and decided to get revenge on the iron next time.
Paused Bench Press:
20kg x bunch
60kg x 8
80kg x 5
90kg x 1
103kg x 3 x 4 sets
90kg x 8 - TnG
- I should've done the heaviest set with 98kg but misloaded to bar. Oh, well I'm stronger than I should've been. Sucks to be me.
Pull Ups:
Bw x 6
25kg x 3
35kg x 1
40kg x 1
45kg x 1
50kg x 1
Bw x 12 x 3 sets
Deadlift:
70kg x 5
110kg x 3
140kg x 1 - belt
145kg x 3 x 4 sets - belt
Have forgot to update this the last couple of times, but I got a PR with a 80kg strict overhead press the other night. Need to start doing more push pressing, but pretty sure a PR is not far off there either.
