215lb clean and jerk. Been sick as fuck and haven't lifted much in the last two weeks or so+ busy as fuck with work with the holidays. With the holidays over and coming off this flu or whatever I will be looking to crush this number.

I'll update in this thread when I'm clean and jerking.

Question, how is our team improvement calculated? Is it just most weight increased or is it the percentage increased?

It's calculated by most weight increased by the team.

135lbs SOHP

I think my all time max is like 180 or 198 or something 5 years ago. I've worked out about 10 times last year. I usually get injured so I'll either get you guys a big increase or 5lbs, lol.

Starting max is only 50kg, lol. Although my best is 60kg. I have a hard time getting my upper body lifts up, but hopefully I can get some respectable improvement for the team.

I will test my max tomorrow. I added 65lbs to my squat in the last competition. Now it is time to focus on the presses. Good luck team.

Personally i find my 5/3/1 progression to be the best out there from novice to advanced lifters IMHO. The main point of my progression is you will plug your amrap set into a 1 rm calculator and use the estimated max to run your percentages off of. And you will do this every session. What you will notice is the rep counts stay the same but the weight increases session to session on 5+(75%) days,3+(80%),5/3/1+(85%). Example for me 5+ days rep counts fall at 11 reps to set a new estimate max, 3+ days require 9 reps and 5/3/1+ takes 6-7 reps to set new estimated max. Each session your goal is to hit the required rep count.
