Big squat PR today, but I don't know why my press is not moving up. Pressing at lower percentages is fine, technique is cleaner, more volume and assistance is going well. I'll see if I can pull something out of my ass in the last few weeks, but I don't expect any miracles.

After a night of light sleep I hit a BW of 91kg this morning, it seems I loose quite easily at the moment. Squats were tough in comparison to last week, as would be expected. Surprisingly, I dug a PR on OHP out of nowhere, which is certainly great.

Not sure what the rules are about modifying your lift. I started with Klokov press at 155lbs but my OH Press was at 155lbs also. I switched to OH Press to save my shoulders while doing Smolov Jr. Hit a lifetime PR of +15lbs!

I started out this competition with a shoulder injury, but was still able to press. I spent the last 6 months rehabbing my shoulder and can now do light benching without pain. For shoulder press, my reps continued to increase at lower weights, but when I tried for a new max today I failed. I have a sticking point right about forehead level and could not push through it. Sorry team.

I cannot report a new 1RM, too, sorry guys. Pressing has been hit and miss these six months.

Good stuff everybody! I've been a horrible captain this go around. If everybody would post how much they improved all together it'd be much appreciated.

I know them Feels, bro. I sucked as well this time. More than half my team went AWOL.:icon_sad:

Technically, you're supposed to dance with the one who brought you. You pick your Lift at the start of a Comp and stick with it until the end.

I peaked at the end of March & haven't been near those levels again. That was 67.5 ===> 72.5kg, so +5kg for me.
