Update - OHP is off the table for me at the moment, but I plan to add it again in June and perhaps make a late charge.

Same here. OHP has been out of my programming for my next show but I'm going back to heavy lifting starting May 25. Should get a good PR before the end.

Light lower back and shoulder ache, but nothing bad. Grinded hard on the last OHP rep with 65, which I'm slowly learning. Chins are getting better, though I could do less reps on dips due to fatigue. BW this morning at 94.4kg, feeling good.

Cut and stacked firewood for 3h in the morning, lifted afterwards. High pulls are wierd, probably because I don't extend fully. We'll see. Threw in some machine reverse flies, because I feel like I need more attention in that area.

Surprisingly good session, the last one before the BJJ tournament and my BW was 92.4kg this morning. Bench was solid and Deadlifts came together, cueing myself to show my knuckles to the floor (or something similiar). Whatever, it worked, as it dawned on me that extending forearms are coupled with opening hands.
