Trying 5x5 to see if I can truly add 5lbs/week.

In other news went from 215 to 207 in body weight without trying, haha...twice/week MT paying off I guess.

Press felt good. 205x1 was my PR going into this. I cranked 2 reps out yesterday and could have done a third. This was after doing a work set. Im not sure what my 1RM would be currently but Im a little ahead of where I thought Id be. Adding the push press has clearly helped. My goal was to get the press up to 225 which should happen barring any unforeseen events.

I have bad shoulder pain when I bench, but am able to do presses, dips, and push ups. Guess that will be my focus.
