Media Jones rejected 30 million offer to fight Aspinall

Ariel Helwani can say literally anything else, and people will laugh while questioning his credibility. MMA fans are a bunch of little girls, I swear.

You're describing ducking. Just because he doesn't agree doesn't mean he's not ducking.
I'm not saying he isn't "ducking" rather I'm giving the intention behind ducking. He didn't welch on the fight because he's afraid of Tom or thinks he can't win, he's just a raging narcissist throwing a tantrum because reality didn't align with his internal narrative of being a "people's champion good guy".

We already understand Jon is so delusional that he doesn't think he's ducking. As for the rest of your explanation, it's just you inventing a narrative because you don't like the idea he's ducking.

That is a very interesting interpretation. I'd hardly call it invented when he's outright said as much in countless interviews & social media posts. Assuming he's ducking due to fear is also an "invented narrative" (or speculation, which is a large portion of the discussion had on these boards). I couldn't care less if he's ducking or not, merely adding to the discussion here, which is more than I can say for anything you've written in response. Not sure why you bothered to be honest other than to make some strange attempt at calling out fanboyism which was never even remotely implied.

Yes, you're spinning bullshit, that's what I said. It doesn't matter why you think your bullshit is true, you're playing the same mental games with yourself that Jon is.

JJ is a millionaire by hes own right

But don't kid yourself

He Doesn't have that F'You money

He's Ducking Hard
He's probably worth no more than 10-15M which can go a long way if you're smart about it.

I didn't know Shane Gillis was such a UFC fan.

Dumbest response in the thread

Reporters name their sources frequently for you?

This your guys first time experiencing "news?" Or you just pretending to not understand how this has always worked because this report includes your godking?

Sorry dude, but if you take Ariel's speculation as fact because he's a "jOuRnAliZt, then you shouldn't be taken seriously. Ariel doesn't know the number, and "believes" the Saudis were involved. This is not news. Don't be mad bc I clowned your Jones hater butt buddy. This thread should have been aborted for being fake news, and to see you in here white knighting for smooth brain posts like that is disappointing. The dumbest thing in this thread is the OP.

What does the Aspinall fight do for his legacy? Tom just came on the scene a couple years ago and doesn’t have an impressive resume, yet.

On that note, this isn’t the first time Jon has ducked an opponent. He ducked Rumble and Ngannou, also.

What the fight with Aspinall does for him is setting him and his family up for life, 30m for one fight is unheard of in MMA.

Dont try to use logic around here.

The same people who think fighting Tom does nothing for Jones legacy also think Stipe was great for Jones legacy.

Jones have some of the most "special" fanboys on teh dog.
