I hate this for the inconsistency but actually I would kind of like to see them allow fighters to choose their own gloves. As long as they’re within athletic commission guidelines I don’t see why fighters can’t wear the gloves they’re most comfortable with.

All jokes aside, i am reading a lot of naive kids on here about sports and entertainment. It is a business and that business runs through their athletes and fighters. If they do not like something they are obliged to change it. A lot of the fighters did not like the new gloves and it also hindered knockouts as this change will help Stipe.

Jones is the headlining star along with Stipe. If they do not like the gloves or think it will hinder their performance than the company should make changes. If Tom Brady needs a new helmet, the Patriots get him a new custom made helmet. along with whatever he needs to throw those touchdowns.

If it wasn't Jones, everyone would be in agreement. Some reason the new gloves dropped KO power in UFC. Crazy the UFC is bringing them back just for Jones. But there really needs to be a revision on them because he's not the only one complaining. Hell I think the old gloves give Stipe a better chance for KO.
