Belal doesn’t have Islam’s defense. People always harp on Islam’s chin, but he legitimately has one of the best striking defenses of all time. He very rarely gets hit clean. Belal was getting tagged continuously and was walking straight up to JDM. Islam won’t give him those opportunities.

Jack has a massive core and is functionally strong as an ox. He defended hard body drags and switches and got up from tough positions. Belal is strong as hell, as strong or stronger than Islam at 170...Islam has to rely on being technically sound. I'm leaning towards Jack. I would have given the edge to Islam an hr ago but Jack's cardio, chin and well rounded abilities are impressive.
