King Mo took down Kongo at will, Mo isn't even a particularly big MW and Kongo is a HW, so two weight classes apart.

Poatan is a natural 185 who bulked up to make LHW. Islam is a huge 155, so it's the same two weight class difference as Mo vs Kongo, and the wrestler beats the striker.
