Elections Iowa Caucus Poll Cancelled

You are wholesale creating a narrative here. The reporting, not my opinion, is that Mayor Pete's team, not Bernie's team, or any other team, raised this complaint. We know the story from the Des Moines register, and we know Mayor Pete's team, who made the complaint in the first place, lauded the transparency, and made zero claims about some conspiracy.

There's no plausible way to see a conspiracy here, given the actual information. You'd think if there was some conspiracy against Bernie in this particular case, not from the democrat establishment but from the Des Moines Register, his campaign would have made the complaint, not relied on Mayor Pete's aides to complain about Mayor Pete's name being left off the roll in literally a single call to a single Iowa voter.

Yes there is.

This is simple dude.

If one report of someone's name being left off was justification to shut down a poll, we would never see another poll again, because there is always a candidate that has a vested interest in not wanting to show their goose is cooked, and their voters should stay home, or vote for someone who has a chance of winning.

In what world would this policy not leave itself to massive abuse?

I wouldn’t put it past Pete to know he’s a distant 3rd/ 4th and wanted to suppress the poll to give him one more chance to hypnotize potential supporters with meaningless sentences.

This, and then the Clinton News Network agrees to shut it down because the poll was going to continue to show Bernie surging.

Here's the thing, Iowa caucus is critically important since the candidates that do great will gain a lot of momentum deeper into the race while the ones with poor results are likely to drop out. So it's easy for people - and Viva it's not an outlier in this, to be skeptic of this debacle.

This is an isolated incident, though. I highly doubt you know the actual rationale at play between the people involved in making these decisions at the Des Moines Register.

You don't know the methdology, you don't know the reasoning of those involved, you don't know the strictures they have placed upon them in how they are required to approach any of this, either legally or on an internal company policy level.

Yet you're creating a narrative out of thin air where a complaint from a single campaign implies a conspiracy against any, all, or perhaps a few, or maybe a single campaign. Not by the DNC, which would be plausible to say the least, but by the Des Moines Register.

with Bernie taking Iowa, he’s a lock to take New Hampshire, and then the DNC is nervous as shit that Bernie can make it close with Biden in south Carolina.

If Bernie wins all 3, South Carolina being improbable, he’s the nominee and establishment alarm bells go off. Also the Democratic Party will have become the socialist party of America and may forever condemn itself to losing support and not winning the presidency.

I always find it funny, that the piece of human filth Mike Bloomberg offers a plan for 5 trillion dollar corporate and rich tax increase, but he will not abide a bernie presidency.

he knows bernie means it when he says “nice 50 billion dollars you have their Mike. Nice 50 billion dollars you had their Mike”

So this was the Clinton News Network/Des Moines Register poll.

Next tell me about how the Democratic convention committee wasn't just stuffed with the establishment.

Did you know that one of the guys named to the Democratic convention committee literally sits on the board of the pro-Israel democratic super pac that announced they are running adds against just bernie?

Jokes on them. That gross corruption is worth it's weight in gold over their stupid commercials.

He didn’t mention Bernie in the OP. Just sayin.
Are you having trouble making the stunningly obvious connection, though? The establishment is keeping the truth down, man. And the "DNC" (wtf?) spew in the OP always means Bernie or Tulsi tardation.

This is going to be a long primary on here

NY TIMES:

A highly anticipated poll of Iowa Democrats, set to be released two days before the presidential caucuses, was shelved on Saturday night after complaints about irregularities in the methodology.

The concerns, raised by aides to former Mayor Pete Buttigieg, prompted CNN to cancel an hourlong special organized to release the results of the survey, conducted with the Des Moines Register.

David Chalian, CNN’s political director, said on-air that CNN and The Register had decided “out of an abundance of caution” not to release the poll after the network learned of a potential problem with the way the survey was conducted.

Dafuq? Is the DNC really trying to fuck everyone except Biden?
Are you guys starting to get that the other side was right, and teh Dems have been on a quest to cover up their REAL collusion with completely fake "Russian collusion?" It's not a talking point. It's not partisan crap. It's real. Wake up. *snap* *snap*

Or Yang, or Ralph Nader.

The list is getting long my man. Quite a few people leveling this claim now.

Everybody knows Bernie won, right?

And he's not worth voting for because he won't stand up to this establishment and is still acting like Trump is enemy #1 to planet Earth. He sounds like a complete idiot at this point talking about Trump "The fundamental threat to democracy" when they are going to do this to him AGAIN..

The banks and finance sector are handing down orders to CNN. That's it. That's the threat to our democracy 100x more than Trump. Deal with reality.

So you guys know how we had the autistic scream after Trump won.

Can we have a collective Howard Dean Heeyaww when Bernie wins on Monday, just to show how unstoppable he is?

What is forcing them to stop Bernie is not a fear of losing, it's their bosses fear of winning. I don't think I could vote for Bernie right now, but it's not impossible if he changed his tone on some things. I'm 100% for capitalism as long as it doesn't destroy and corrode my country and create a huge swath of anti-nationalism that doesn't care if America is destroyed. Once it does those things, we might try something different until the pendulum has swung, and after time we can go back to what is the greatest system ever created...When done with a normal amount of morality and national interest at its core.

Immoral anti-nationalist capitalism that sells out to communism isn't better than Bernie's socialism in the short term.. Both end up making us lose all our rights unless we limit the size and power of government, and its relationship with the corporate class.

If the dems now have to act like Trump's nationalism is bad, and that the American worker being sold out to China for the very few to throw money on their already huge pile was cool, then f*** them forever. Bernie hasn't said one thing about trade.

Buttigieg' campaign manager lauded the transparency of both CNN and the Des Moines Register Poll.

I'm not going to address your ramble on the DNC and their corruption, as it has zero to do with with this situation in the least, same with the Pro-Israel conspiracy.

I don't get this, people shit on the polls 364 days a year, dismiss them as if a matter of fact, then when a situation pops up in which there is nothing suspicious currently, but it involves dems? WE NEED THESE POLLS!!!!

There you go. That's all I ask for from guys like you and happy.

Wait until the pivot to the general before you judge Bernie. The organized activists in the Dem party are bat shit crazy, and you have to pander to them to win. It's not a choice, it's math.
