The cop can then articulate suspicion that a crime has been committed or suspected. It is reasonable to believe that such a person has violated immigration law as no citizens look for work that way. It would be appropriate to investigate by asking them if they are looking for work and where is their valid work papers and ID. I don't know if you've seen any of these videos, but most of the immigrants straight up tell them.

Do I like this? NOPE. I hate it. I want ALL those workers that are here to contribute. I wish we had easier immigration where if you came in, got a VISA, worked 2-3 years and showed you paid taxes on that work, that you are immediately considered for citizenship if you go through some classes so you know WTF the USA is actually about and the laws we follow.
