Social ICE/deportation protests and riots megathread

I'm not talking about her. You tried deflecting to that story as a way to not answer why you were sharing selectively edited clips of the riots to make cops look bad, omitting the fact that the person tried lighting the horses on fire. Funny you don't have a problem with that.

If he tried lighting horses on fire then fuck him. Good.

The reporter story was the FIRST link I shared. Nice of you to ignore that then and ignore it now.

You guys are so predictable it's sad.

If you go back to my earlier posts I literally said fuck all the looters and douchebags who burn shit or block highways. You think I'm gonna defend them like you're about to defend the law enforcement who stomp on necks like they would yours?

Bootlicker

Funny we haven't seen the cops use lethal force against these rock throwers yet, despite having every right to do so. I thought the cops in America just go around indiscriminately shooting brown people for no reason?

Lol

Also we are now 3 days into this. Has the National Guard done anything? Were they needed at all? Or has it turned out Newsom was right and Trump only did it to cause problems?

Sure, in my country every government office, facility as well as law enforcement all have access to a database that contains the info on every citizen. It really should be that simple, do you need a trial to know what your name is ?

When I enter the US as a visitor they have a record of me, when I am born there will be a record of me.

In what circumstances will there be no record of you while you are in fact a US citizen ?
wait a second, you're not american?

<{MingNope}>

you've never lived under a constitution as insistent on personal liberty and completely negligent of the collective as mine.

records can be lost. they are paper. not every single human being who has ever existed has been digitized. i could also just lie about who i am, which would make that registry useless. because again, there is absolutely no legal requirement to carry identification, especially photo identification, to merely exist. this is one of the few countries on earth where you can fully subsist on your own with no duty to any government agency (outside of property taxes and land permits for doing your own utilities).

there are very very few cases where someone will have absolutely no record of themselves, but there will be plenty of cases of people who have no means to access to those records. homeless people and people in mental health crises would be obvious examples.
so your only 50% correct at best
well, no, because it's still not criminal in every single context. there are exceptions, for example, being smuggled or trafficked.

no citizens look for work that way
I’ve done it. Mowed lawns in Amarillo for a day to get bus fair (faire?) bc hitch hiking during that time of year was getting dangerously hot. It’s not common for citizens but not unheard of. Some guys prefer something like that to temp agencies bc it’s under the table and no one’s taking a piece.
contribute. I wish we had easier immigration where if you came in, got a VISA, worked 2-3 years and showed you paid taxes on that work, that you are immediately considered for citizenship if you go through some classes so you know WTF the USA is actually about and the laws we follow. I also want a big guest worker programs for those that don't want to stay, but just want the seasonal work
Reasonable on both accounts. Would be a huge improvement over our current bogged down, bloated and under supported system.

The saddest part is the hard working Mexican cleaning crews will be the ones cleaning up after these worthless losers <Fedor23>

I agree. I want to keep the hard working immigrants that are here to contribute. I want the criminal element rooted out. I don't like the videos where they are going after job sites, but I would guess a lot of American workers feel differently and I get their view.

None of this had to happen if the Democrats didn't open our borders to virtually any and all comers.

sure. and a parking violation is a civil offense you can and will be fined for. they're both civil offenses with no inherent criminality.

It doesn't matter you can be on a green card and get deported over a DUI. Hell you could get deported over speeding if its fast enough.

Marcus Aurelius? That's not who Aurelian is comrade.

I'm just making a point, when a group makes an action, they will get a reaction. Isaac Newton figured this shit out a long time ago. For every action is an equal and opposite reaction. If a boxer throws a punch, he's going to get punches thrown back.

The way right wingers view it, is that the left wingers didn't care about the law when the country was flooded with people who didn't come here the legal way, so they don't give a shit about people pining about the law.
But I’m saying that is very dangerous and a very very bad idea because U S courts have agreed that if you believe you wil not get due process and you will be treated unfairly yu can legally use deadly force to resist an arrest ie kill the arresting officer.l as he is performing a kidnapping, a serious felony that can be resisted in some not all states with the use of deadly force. If someone tries to kidnap me I can legally kill them and I will not face criminal charges. This would be legal behavior. Again not my opinion legal precedent.

People for good reason usually view authorities overseeing their bounds and committing a crime as more heinous than a criminal as their sworn duty is to uphold the law. They are above regular citizens in their abilities and must be held to a higher standard.

Officers breaking the law is 1) expensive you the tax payer have to pay for it 2) very bad look that can lead to civil unrest as people are terrified of law enforcement legally killing them or ruining their life etc.

Isn't that what the democrats were complaining the republicans don't do. The business they raid and find illegals working should be heavily fined for hiring them. I want to see that done as well and will call Trump out if he doesn't

"Fines for hiring illegal workers in the US can be significant, ranging from civil penalties to criminal charges. For a first offense, fines can be up to $16,000 per unauthorized worker, and for subsequent offenses, fines can reach up to $27,018 per worker according to Littler Mendelson P.C. In cases of a pattern or practice of knowingly hiring unauthorized workers, employers may face fines of up to $3,000 per worker and six months imprisonment. Criminal penalties can also include fines from $10,000 to $250,000, and prison sentences of up to 20 years for managers, executives, or other responsible parties. In extreme cases, company and personal assets may be seized. "

Atta boy. That wasn't too hard, was it?

Lmao you ignored everything else because you know its true.

ah now I remember you. That dork from the Elon thread. It all makes sense now.

Must feel nice being a bootlicker tho huh? And ignoring reporters getting shot?

It doesn't matter you can be on a green card and get deported over a DUI. Hell you could get deported over speeding if its fast enough.
my point is calling those people "criminals" for merely existing is retarded, especially since they haven't committed a criminal offense.

They are here ileagly which makes them illegals not undocumented so whatever they need to be deported.

For the record, I don't support Newsom or his politics. But he is currently destroying Trump on his own narrative and game. Look at the NG here. What a complete waste of time, I thought they were sent to restore law and order? I thought the entire LA city was burning to the ground? Why didn't Trump mention any of the logistics in doing this? Is the NG even trained to handle this situation? Where is the food coming from for them? Where are they going to sleep? How long will they be doing this?

Logistics is a motherfucker. Seems Trump didn't think this entirely through.

Absolutely pathetic.

edit: and now MAGGETS are complaining saying its AI in the comments, fucking LOL

From most of mates and parents reguarding the reporter. We found it funny and thpught well dumb spot to be
