Two years ago I would have agreed with you. Buckley seems to be growing in mma awareness to match his killer instinct. If Buckley takes his time it will be a sleepy night for Garry. Everyone jumped on the age retire thing with WB. Buckey is just an exceptional martial artist with massive room to grow. He isn’t perfect but I have this fight far closer than you. I have it Garry in 5 -200 or Buck in 3 spectacular KO -300

Buckley will continue to surprise people here IMO.

He has good cardio for a 5 round fight too, I think he will stay dangerous. Garry can't seem to finish a sandwich now that he's been fighting ranked competition. His wrestling is not strong enough to use it to beat Buckley.

so Buckley will likely lose rounds but I like his chances to get a finish with 5 rounds to work at it.

Exactly however Garry is a very adept point fighter and I dare say the modern Bisping. I have slept on his ability to point fight one to many times

I agree JDM deserves it more after Shavkat, but i think if Garry wins they'll push him to a title shot after cause of his marketability.

Why would he deserve it before the Garry -Buckley winner ? His wins aren’t overly impressive and he’s been inactive ( not his fault I know )

Good fight! I think Buckley needs to wrestle to take it, but Garry is really tall and lanky so a tough task.

Leaning toward Garry at the moment but we'll see.
