I guess were getting Jones-Gane 2!

For what, the eye poke championship?

We’re gonna see Aspinall and Gane rematch. Jon won’t come back because he’s scared he might have to fight Tom
I really think they should book Aspinall against Volkov

Gane blew his chance with his eye poke habit, time to move on to someone who won't ruin the title fight with an eye poke NC

Nah it's all staged now, Jone will fight Alex and Kayla will fight someone. Both Jon and Kayla will probably both win and raise the flag after or some shit, pro wrestling style!.

Let's do it!!!
Sherdoggers believe Gane is the champion based on an intentional foul.

Jon is on another level in fight iq and wresslin. Gane would get dispatched even faster.

Hes scared of a guy who quit against a fighter he choked out in 30 seconds?

<{jackyeah}>

He literally ran away and retired so he wouldn’t have to face Tom. There is no way you can spin that
Or he only wants to fight worthy people, that's like some rookie with hype challenging Jordan to 1 on 1 back in the day. He rather play a Charles Barkley 1v1 or not play. There is no challenge there. Gane dominating Tom proves this

Like Poatan? who lost a fight a few months ago, has been knocked out cold at MW and got a split decision over a 40 year old journeyman all in recent times, and who likely wouldnt be top 5 at HW?

Sure thing.
Gane dominating Tom proves this

yes he lost to a great fighter
thats normal
atleast hes a real champion who wont lose to a cab driver 😂

He was knocked out cold and early by a 185lber who then proceeded to lose every fight he had after. He also lost a few months ago to a 205'er, and went to split decision with a 40 year Jan who was losing to guys like Corey Anderson and Jimi Manuwa in Jons era.

I like Poatan, but you are talking him up so much for the same reason you try to downplay Tom.

That's what happens when you fight a lot and not given championship belts. The dude has won 2 belts legit, fought way more. Still a bigger name and he would beat Tom just like Ganes and doesn't fake injurys. He got kicked in the balls waved the ref off and knocked out Hill. Tom didn't even want to wait 5 minutes and wanted to quit way before. Paper champ.

I think Aspinall has great potential but he did not look mentally ready. He looked like a fish out of water in that stadium.. Gane was relaxed so props to him for that.

Tom looked like Gane did against Jones. It was a reversal for Cyril this time.

So unfortunately (or not) I predict Gane will get another shot against Jones<{jackyeah}>

You're conveniently leaving out the part where Poatan was signed to the UFC at 3-1 and has been one of the most fast tracked fighters ever.

Again, he would likely not be top 5 at HW. Exciting fighter, big name and a credit to the sport, but he is going to be a very easy fight for Jon and Jon knows it. For however long it lasts Poatan wont be on his feet for more than 2 mins at a time. I reckon many of the people hyping Poatan up are Jon fans wanting to make it look as good as possible when he inevitably wins with ease, likewise the downplaying of Tom got more and more extreme the more obvious it got that Jon wasnt going to take the fight. Its all very agenda driven.

Alex is a harder fight to Jon and a bigger name, Tom got smoked by Ganes and Jones made Ganes look bad. You can talk about agenda and fast tracks but you can't trick people into who is worthy to fight and who isn't. Sorry your man crush Tom got exposed. He will be a gate keeper and have a job for years though.

They've released some preliminary odds for Aspinall/Gane 2, and Aspinall looks to be ~ -200 or so. So...the people here who think somehow that 4 minutes where Gane landed 3 more significant strikes mean the rematch is a foregone conclusion that Gane wins lol...you all are gonna be betting your entire net worth (probably an average of like $18, but still) on Gane right?

This just shows the agenda driven narratives, Tom landed 3 fewer strikes than Gane, actually landed MORE to the head, in a one round fight, and you call that "getting smoked", meanwhile you're hyping up a guy who has multiple recent actual losses including being knocked out cold two weight classes below where Tom fights.

The comparison of the Tom/Gane and Jon/Gane fights like it says anything is nonsensical too. Jon did not strike with Gane, Tom did. Jon obviously loses to both of those guys standing, the question mark around whether he could take Tom down and keep him there is what put him off taking the fight, same reason he didnt want to fight Ngannou.
