Who cares man? Just bench press 315 pounds for 3 reps, make it look easy to people who don't understand powerlifting, and claim you could've done 3 more reps but held back.

All I know is this... I squatted more than ten reps with 320 pounds with either good enough depth for powerlifting standards, or at least close. And those are facts... And because of that, I can claim to people on the internet and in real life that 3 plates on squats is just endurance training for me, and if I was serious, I can do 405 pounds for four reps. Which is... I can do four plates for reps bro.

Legit asking - why is your push press so weak? You supposedly train for "supertotal" and incorporate oly lifts. You should be familiar with overhead work. You are familiar with front squats. Your push press numbers are clearly showing that it's not translating.

I was thinking of this today. today I did a top set of 80kg(175lb)x4 for push press. not even gonna log it much less try and rub people's faces in it.…

We had a 10 rep overhead anyway challenge on here many years ago. A lot did push press. If I remember correctly, many got over 205 lbs x 10. I believe we had one that did 185 lbs x 10 for strict press.

And I'm a lifetime natty.

security in Germany is pretty soft overal. Nothing like the gun wielding USA work. We got regular woman and old people work it. Jobs with guns are extremely rare.

Also, 2 years and 11 months of training would still be "under three years". I'm at 2 years and 4 months. I should test for my 1RM on push press before 2026.

It may end up at 245 pounds. So I'm not a genetic freak and I have a busy work schedule, and yet I push press close to what a genetic freak did with the same amount of training.

And most importantly, I did it in my thirties while you did it in your early twenties, without a belt.

No matter what, I'm better than you. M'kay?

185 lbs x 10 was at less than a year beltless lol. Genetics though, right? Lol at underemployed too. Judging by what google is telling me, even my lowest level employee makes what you do. Your math on my age may probably explains the reason for your income.

The internet is not real. You're actually a 130-pound malnourished guy who can't even do one air squat. In reality, those videos I showed you folks was me ten years ago. I now have an 1800-pound raw powerlifting total.

Honestly man, I have a lot friends outside of the internet and every now and then I tell them I get bullied for my trolling on certain niche communities. And all of the ones who hear about it just flat out tell me that internet bodybuilders are basically incels who live in their mom's basement.

It's just really persuasive when you got charismatic friends who tell you stuff instead of in message boards.

You used to have videos on there of your "wide stance" front squats from 2011. Stop lying.

I don't like to talk crap about peoples lifting too much, but coincidentally I included rack jerks as a movement for a period of 6 weeks.
I finished up on 80kg or 176lbs with a slight press out. The difference is it wasn't my main movement, it was just part of a circuit of exercises to prepare me for my other upper body lifts. I still had an entire session to go after.

Spend less time making excuses. You're the reason you haven't been consistent and haven't been progressing for years now.

Oh did 315 for 10 today for two sets. I cheated though. I used inzer ergo pros. It felt like RPE 6-7. I am wearing one size too big. I think if I size down then I need baby powder to put it on. Also tried the TYR lifting shoe. It’s a bit different because I am used to narrow front of the shoe. TYR shoes are wide in front and I need to adjust.

Also I was talking to one young bro. Apparently it’s ok to deadlift in squat shoes now. I am outdated now. This gen of lifters are real nerds lol.
