I can push press 175 for 4 sets of 3 reps bro.
lmao
Who cares man? Just bench press 315 pounds for 3 reps, make it look easy to people who don't understand powerlifting, and claim you could've done 3 more reps but held back.
All I know is this... I squatted more than ten reps with 320 pounds with either good enough depth for powerlifting standards, or at least close. And those are facts... And because of that, I can claim to people on the internet and in real life that 3 plates on squats is just endurance training for me, and if I was serious, I can do 405 pounds for four reps. Which is... I can do four plates for reps bro.
Your push press isn't even bodyweight.
But you didn't squat 320lbs for 10=Reps. You took two months to put up a video that showed you neither hit depth or stood up at the top for 99% of those reps. I can find videos of lifters half prepping all over the internet.
You went to the death with a 275lb front squat for 4 when you just barely hit depth. That puts your actual Back squat (with a full ROM) under 400lbs as a 260lb lifter. No shame in lifting that weight, but you are claiming to do things you can't actually do.
