I don't like to talk crap about peoples lifting too much, but coincidentally I included rack jerks as a movement for a period of 6 weeks.
I finished up on 80kg or 176lbs with a slight press out. The difference is it wasn't my main movement, it was just part of a circuit of exercises to prepare me for my other upper body lifts. I still had an entire session to go after.

Spend less time making excuses. You're the reason you haven't been consistent and haven't been progressing for years now.

I can't remember a time I couldn't squat over 345lbs lol.

I also posted a clean beltless 600lbs in that squat competition from years back.

Well man, I'm fat. I definitely look strong because I've reached a point where I look like I lift. But still, I'm very fat. Nowadays and even in my early twenties (220 pounds at 5'6). My body just responds well to weight training and I always end up with a strong squat and a strong deadlift whatever I do. My legs and back reflect my training, size-wise.

But... My lean body mass is low as hell. Like... It's gotta be only 175 pounds right now. I'm a lardass.

Honestly, a big reason I call myself a "high level powerlifter" is because I'm nowhere near swole but I still outlift swole guys. And then people on the internet end up believing I'm "weak for a 260-pounder" when in reality, I have high relative strength but don't give two shits about nutrition.

I just let people make fun of me for being weak for my bodyweight because I deserve the mockery for slacking off on nutrition. But the truth is, I got ridiculous strength for a guy who would have abs popping at 190 pounds instead of some guy here who is jacked at 220.

Seriously? He is like 300 lbs.

Respectfully. He doesn’t have much muscle for his weight. You can see it on his forearms and legs. Those parts are kinda small but it could be my intense body dysmorphia talking.

I just got super super paranoid since yesterday when I discovered Meta Ai chat in my whatsapp and coincidentaly got sick the same day. I went to the gym and just couldn't train. Headache, throat pain, muscles sore. Just went home after 15 minutes. I "talked" to Ai for half the day and that shit freaked me out. It made me really paranoid. Modern technology is so weird.

Definitely not. I think it's obvious we posted legit footage. He literaly said for sherdog in that one video and did the proposed lift. It's him. I also posted a bunch of occasional shit includimg videos.

I think we established they aren't the same person. Trabaho made a recording calling me out for either a fight or to go on a date with direct references to this forum. Hanma has a huge and trackable online presence with a consistent writing style using the same persona.

That's first number is probably around my current max for the back squat... at 170lbs bodyweight...

I have a recent 242.5lb Zercher squat and Barbell lunges for reps, so not sure what that puts me back squat wise when I retest.
