Elections elon musk the liar - election fraud

It's pretty clear that even if it may be technically legal, it's intentionally schemed in way to target a loophole.

Elons actions go much deeper. PAC's by law are supposed to act independently from the candidate campaign; Elon is violating that. He publicized a illegal lottery that doesnt function like a lottery. While at the same time trying to buy peoples votes.

This is a paper trail nightmare for any civil servant prosecutor.

Targeted advertising is nothing new.
LOL.
What Elons doing with this PAC lottery is illegal though. Problem is with Elons lawyers admission in court. Case against him is a convoluted mess that hinges towards money laundering/bribes instead as the leading charges.
It is not illegal. I see you understand this as poorly as you understand Title IX. Unctuous as the PAC's activities are, if you review the promotional material, you'll notice it carries the disclaimer, "Not affiliated with any candidate."

Oh, the fine print, my sweet summer child.

If they did so is it not a luxury you get to have in this circumstance because they did so. It's not debatable. They practiced fraud and isn't that interesting that people associated with the Trump campaign practice fraud since Trump is an absolute fraudster and con man.?

You can believe whatever you want about musk knowing or not knowing, it doesn't matter. It's his pack and he's responsible for it happening. And personally, I find it impossible to believe that he didn't at least see the ads he's paying for.

He (a long with Trump and JD Vance) just did long form podcasts with Rogan that are worth a watch.

He doesn't address this directly, but it would go a long way towards why he is so active in this campaign.

I usually only watch Rogan for the MMA interviews, but thought I would take the chance to see these guys in long form conversations.
I think it's pretty telling that these guys were happy to do it, as they get challenged by Rogan about some of this stuff.
No Harris or Dems in the same area though.

If this rumour is "fraud" then the last election was one of the most fraudulent in US history.

All the claims about Trump can be attributed to the Democrats over the last 4 years. From fake news, the use of the court for Political attacks to calls for rioting and looting and gross over reaches of government.
Both sides are just as bad as each other and at this stage Trump and his supporters have become the more tolerant of the 2 parties, which is nuts.

It is not illegal.

  • Setting up a lottery that isnt a lottery is fraud.
  • Setting up a lottery without a license violates state law.
  • PAC working alongside a candidate campaign is a campaign finance violation.
  • PAC setting up a lottery that isnt a lottery by hand selecting winners is money laundering and or bribery/vote buying.

You mean like printing a story claiming g he made a derogatory remark about a dead soldiers funeral cost only to have the family say a bill was never sent to the WH?

So do you believe Soros follows the day to day activities of all the groups he funds as well? Musk may, but I'd have a hard time believing that the richest guy in the world just throws money at groups and then concentrates on other things.

Yikes. So after 80 cases of voter fraud that went to court no evidence

Pennsylvania Judge Allows Elon Musk’s $1 Million Voter Giveaways

Judge Angelo Foglietta ruled that the pro-Trump America PAC was not an illegal lottery, as the Philadelphia district attorney claimed.

Yeah I guess I would say that both sides know what they're funding and even if they don't they should.
But once again the two sides don't seem equal in this case and you tell me what's wrong with my thinking here... There was legitimate reporting that that's what Trump said and even to this day you don't know the truth. It is debatable but what musks thing with Kamala was was a direct lie. They knew for sure wasn't true and fraud.

So are both of these equal in your mind because I can't equate them in any way.

For the winners are hand selected as "paid spokespeople".

Someone paid people for votes?

Let's review.
  • Setting up a lottery that isnt a lottery is fraud.
  • Setting up a lottery without a license violates state law.
It wasn't a lottery. A judge has already ruled on that. There is no wiggle room, here. You're wrong.
  • PAC working alongside a candidate campaign is a campaign finance violation.
The PAC did not work alongside Trump's campaign, and made this explicit in canvassing material.
  • PAC setting up a lottery that isnt a lottery by hand selecting winners is money laundering and or bribery/vote buying.
Nowhere is there a quid pro quo stated that a vote is expected in return for winning the prize, so no votes are being bought, nobody is being bribed. Money isn't being laundered, I don't know how you arrive at that asinine allegation.

Just stop. Keyboard lawyers who cite laws they don't understand are the worst. This is dead.

There is also legitimate family members saying a bill was never sent to the WH and a family attorney who accused the reporter of not just misquoting him, but flat out lying.

So should I believe the report that is attributed to unnamed sources or the family and attorney?

Again, you haven't established that Musk is even aware of it.

we are not having the same conversation.

I'm admiting fault on the left but saying they are not equal at all. they aren't. what the musk people did is worse. they intentionally and fraudulently pretended to be Kamalas campaign to harm her...

that's not as bad as believing a story that could be true but could be false.

My original comment was that you are assigning guilt to Musk personally - which may be fair and may not.

While I agree that they lied and are wrong, it isn't like they made up policy positions she has never openly stated. So; unfortunately, I believe the outright lie in the paper is worse.

you think fraudulently contacting voters and pretending to be the Kamala campaign in order to harm her campaign (this is illegal by the way) is not worse than believing a statement that may or may not be true and covering it?

no you don't.

no you don't.

The lawyer said the reporter outright lied. The family said no bill was ever sent to the WH for Trump to make the comment over. So no; it isnt might be true.

Your example is:
A- someone called a bunch of people and lied about who they were while accurately stating Harris' stated positions.
B-someone told millions of people a lie to enrage a specific voting demographic.

Yes, I think B is worse.

Im definitely NOT calling you a racist man. We can agree to disagree.

Not what I meant and wasn't accusing you of such, but I appreciate you stating that.

I simply meant that it creates racial strife and we could use a lot less of that.
