I never will understand that as private citizens, with jobs and families, we do things that make fiscal sense. But we don't hold the government to the same standards. We watch Politicians on public salaries get mega rich. The government is all about shady, "We will do some good things but only if certain people get rich in the process". Why would anyone that is not crooked NOT fight against that? The fact that Hilary has the balls in her most hypocritical tweet ever, criticized Elon, I know we are on the right track. The Dems have lost reality and that is why they lost the election.

It seems you have lost your objectivity. I don't know why she criticized Musk but the guy has lied on Twitter to pump his stocks and used the platform as owner along with a quarter billion dollars to help get Trump elected in order to receive this unprecedented access to our government. It's a phallacy that these greedy billionaires can't be bought or aren't looking to line their vaults with even more coin. Some people are philanthropists and some are just selfish and greedy and can never get enough. And as government officials those are the people that are going to decide if they look out for the needy and foster a strong middle class or are going to cut social programs and consumer protections so the wealthy pay less taxes and have fewer regulations to deal with.

The argument from the democrats and their judicial NGOs filing lawsuits to stop this, is that the treasury payouts are potentially classified and other such red tape, and someone coming througj, smashing the red tape is unconstitutional and a threat to democracy, because it needs to go through congress and official budget.

Trump team’s argument is that it is all under the state department, which is apart of the executive branch, so both Trump and Rubio have control and can do as they please, including a 3rd party audit, if the executive feels if the department is not being ran properly and no congress needed.
