Too many people celebrating the unification of government, news and media.
He’d fuck it upBuying MSNBC would be akin to buying Sears. Other than buying it a gag it would serve no purpose it's terminal. If we're saving things I wish Elon would buy Star Wars.
Member when Japan got threatened with tariffs? What did Toyota do? Plants 45 minutes from me.
All the crazy Libs would stop watching immediately because it would stop confirming their bias, just like with X. They are all moving to the safe space of Bluesky so no one calls them out and they can stroke each other's egos in peace.Buying MSNBC would be akin to buying Sears. Most media has become a propaganda machine for the democrats already, with the exception of FOX who panders to the right.Too many people celebrating the unification of government, news and media.

I would celebrate the dissolving of news media in its current form. Revisit a fairness doctrine type setup.Too many people celebrating the unification of government, news and media.
I haven't watched the news in years but all mainstream media groups have sold out to make money and creating a greater divide in this country including fox. I used to like fox News Sunday because they had Juan Williams but that's it. I like some balance to perspective and fox doesn't provide that for the most part.I would argue Fox is the worst because it acts like it panders to the right, while pushing uniparty propaganda. That is how the game works, pander to one side, while also pushing the uniparty. So you bring in both cohorts to support the same continuing resolution to keep expanding the budget and deficit and proxy wars.
Here is Rupert Murdoch himself saying he wants to make Trump a “non-person”

they only cover Trump, not because of ratings, but because they have to, to keep up the charade, and now they can also try pressure him into cabinet picks, etc. trying to maintain control

That's my understanding. I never watched Tucker but heard he was much better than Hannity. Looks like he's doing well enough without them. And yeah, FOX is no different than the others just a different flavorsome of their decisions show they aren’t even about making money, but rather all about uniparty control. They fired their top rated show in Tucker, because he was criticizing the Uniparty too much

I would be down if he created something truly fair and balanced getting discussions from both sides. Don't think the public wants that these days. Fox garners so many conservative viewers they likely will stay. So don't think its a good idea for him. It's a failing network and will be hard to recover whoever the buyer is.If it is for sale, he should buy it. He recognizes the grift and how much he can squeeze the rubes for. The rubes will even champion the grift on his behalf.

Piers Morgan just had Juan Williams as one of the commentators on his show a few days ago. I thought "Oh shit, I miss that guy. Where has he been?"I haven't watched the news in years but all mainstream media groups have sold out to make money and creating a greater divide in this country including fox.
