I doubt that the fight is off... It's probably signed, otherwise both fighters wouldn't have posted those hints.

It could be that they're waiting to announce it due to an injury on DDP though, that in worst case it's not gonna be on the card they wanted.

DDP always wants it on his time table. If he has a sore ankle at the moment he wants to wait until it's not sore then add a few months to that. Can't blame him, it's the smart thing to do.

This changes things. Both UFC 317 and UFC 318 now need main events. That's an issue, because there are very few champions left to fill those gaps:

Pantoja -- fought last in December, could fight. But 125 is a weak division to headline a card by itself.
Islam -- doesn't seem interested in defending 155 belt against Topuria this summer, UFC would have to offer Arman fight
Jon Jones -- would need to be stripped of the belt for the HW title to be defended this summer

That's it. Those are the champions that can fill those two main events. Edit: all of the WMMA belts will be defended in 2025 already, so they're out as well.

I also think this means that the UFC will have to offer Islam Makhachev the Arman fight, because he seems like he's willing to wait for better options if Topuria is the only fight offered.
