We need him to find a case where even he says “this is crazy!” for him to back off.

I wanted trump to deport the criminals that we keep reading about. “Illegal immigrant kills teen in drunk driving accident/illegal immigrajt arrested for 15th time in six months/illegal immigrant arrested for ————/ ms-13 gang arrested and found to be illegally in country-.” Those are the ones I want to see deported, not so and so’s nanny/gardener/construction crew/Home Depot raided/etc.

I live in an area full of illegals, I'm probably more affected by the issue than most Sherdoggers.

So you walk by them now and then. I worked with them for years doing construction in my 20's and even I didn't feign outrage and use them as a political prop. While I understand the moral argument, preventing illegal immigration is not a moral issue but one of sovereignty.

And anyway if Trump was only going after murderers and other violent criminals that'd be one thing but hes going after laborers and green card holders and immigrants who've been here for decades on flimsy pretenses.

Illegal is illegal and the abuse needs to end. A line has to be drawn. Should we leave the illegals to choose amongst themselves who should go and who should stay? Would you still shrug your shoulders at attempted murder if they started turning on each other?

It could, except they were literally trying to overthrow the government cuz they didn't like the results of an election and we're all pardoned. ICE is often violating people's rights and snatching up people who've been here for decades, holding them in shit conditions and sometimes sending them to foreign gulags with no due process which makes the public highly unsympathetic and concerned where this is going, especially with trump's comments, not to mention no ID, often no warrants and no badges.
