Question: In past recent Marvel movies, I thought they had Pepper and Happy (Tony's bodyguard) as a couple. Why were Tony and Pepper about to get married in Infinity War?

Pepper insisting Tony come back and not get involved in the Thanos Earth invasion defense was stupid.

Maybe in an Iron Man movie? Or maybe Spider-Man Homecoming. I forget. Maybe it was in a movie where Paltrow wasn't in it and that's what they used to explain why.

Mary Jane would tell Spidey "Go get 'em, tiger." Other comic book signif others would go and kick some ass alongside the hero, or at least provide background tech support.

But off screen she was in her shitty apartment taking an ice tray out of the freezer on top of the fridge and dropped a cube, bent down to pick it up but the upper freezer door was still open so she hit her head while standing up and that killed her
