One of my favorite guitarists, Jason Becker, has been suffering from it for decades. Im amazed he is still alive and also found a way to still compose music.

Yeah, I often wonder in cases like this if the process of death isn't sped up a little.

I know I personally wouldn't want to hang on for a long time with something like this, burdening loved ones.
