Thanos kind of had a confused look on his face when Cap was trying to hold him back. Wonder what the significance was.
Suprised by his will and tenacity.

Cap is worthy enough to lift Mjolnir in the comics. I wonder if he can wield stormbreaker.
Man the way they've had the suits evolve throughout the films is so great. Just like the comics. Another area they could have phoned it in but didn't.
My favourite suit scene is avengers 1 when Loki tosses him off stark tower.

I thought of a potential plot hole. When Bruce lands on earth he’s warning everyone about Thanos. But Ragnarok implied that he doesn’t remember what happens while he’s Hulk.

At the end of Ragnarok he’s still in Hulk mode following his fight with the wolf. And he’s still Hulk when Heimdall beams him away. So how does he Bruce retain any of that knowledge about Thanos?

That Easter egg from the Excalibur scene in Ultron where Cap is able to slightly move it is interesting. I know in an interview with Whedon, a fan asked and Whedon responded something to the effect of, “Did he fail to pick it up or stop?” Whedon said it in a very tongue in cheek jokey manner.

Not a plot hole, and not possible that one doesn't know what the other does or knows. It's part of his dramatic make up that Hulk realizes his division is illusory. The drama is his denying this truth.

The film is building toward synthesis, which is why you may see me joking about a jumpsuit Hulk. It stands to reason as they've been growing more aware of each other over time, a threat like Thanos would expedite that process.

I read somewhere recently a quote from creators that said something like Stormbreaker doesn't have any enchantments with respect to returning to Thor on demand, so probably nothing magical about who can lift it.

Thanos killed me the first time but spared me this time. i need a rubber match!

Thor did have the line talking to Rocket and said it’s a weapon not meant for mortals. Their minds would descend into madenss before it killed them.

Has anyone pointed out how good this movie was yet? Just wondering.....

Iron Man has armor that materializes from nothingness and regenerates, but Vision has a clip on pee pee for sexy time.

Vision can morph, probably moldes it to fit just right.

Hey do joo guys theenk that Beezhon's pinga is (pair Monet Lee) in the chape of Scarlet Witch's bazhinga?

Seemed like Phillip Seymour Hoffman was Thanos. Face kinda looked like him.

Curious how they're gonna bring back the cocoa powder heroes. They can't permanently kill Spider-Man.

From watching some of the disc extras, Thanos said because he respects Tony Stark, he'll leave half the Earthlings alive, or something like that.

I read an article citing a fan theory that suggested Nick Fury knew he was going to become cocoa powder, had his beeper to Ms. Marvel handy, and will appear in Ms. Marvel's movie prequel.

Clothes disintegrate but weapons don't? Cybernetic arms do? LOL?

I hate the whole "spider-boy" instead of spider-man concept.
Spider-man is not Iron Man's "Robin" or side kick
Spider-man does not need Iron Man hand me downs.

That relationship is directly an amalgam of ultimates and regular Spiderman.

Regular universe spiderman did see Tony as a mentor, and did get a suit from him that is very similar to the one used in the movies.

And ultimates Peter was the teenage version.

I don't like that Tony has essentially become Ultimate Uncle Ben, but I do appreciate the father/son dynamic for Tony's sake. I also like the Russo's gimmick of having Spidey pop in and out of frame, but hate making him reference movies.

I wish they did more of the wack-a-mole in his own franchise.

This. In the first Thor movie, we see Odin place the enchantment on Mjolnir. Stormbreaker, by contrast, can be lifted and used by anyone physically strong enough. Although it's debatable if anyone other than Thor himself could use Stormbreaker to teleport or return to him after he had thrown it. And the lightning is of course channelled by the Odinson rather than the Axe.
